Our product places the customer at the centre of the “event chain” rather than operational tasks like ticketing or catering. The modules are modelled as “services'' that support customer outcomes rather than the primary outputs themselves.
Many in the industry refer to this as optimising the “Customer Journey.” “If you are not in control of each service component of that journey, how can you measure or improve them?”
Our product is“sophisticated and is different from the incumbent software available in the market.
We enthusiastically build “no-code” webhooks and API’s for integrations. All of our API’s are made public via POSTMAN.
If you are looking to integrate older style legacy software - we may not be the right application and team for you. We don't spend much time or money on sales & marketing, we let our product and customers speak for itself. We don't expect long term contracts (unless you need them), we are happy to be compared to any competitor's product and there will never be any attempt to “LOCK-IN”. We would argue LOCK-IN, common with many software companies, is not modern or ethical.

We don't expect contracts unless you require them for 'piece of mind'. We do not believe “LOCK-IN” as an ethical software approach.
