Event Hub is a modern, cloud based web application that connects multiple related services along an “event chain”. The technical term for what we provide is ‘mission-critical, vertical SAAS software’.
Any of three stakeholders can independently use our software along an ‘event chain’. Stakeholders can also share data along the process chain for mutual benefit.
Built by a small, highly skilled, and dedicated team, our cloud-based event-management software is designed for clients frustrated with inefficient, slow, and costly processes.
Our product places the customer at the centre of the ‘event chain’, rather than prioritising operational tasks like ticketing or catering. The modules provided are modelled as ‘services’ that support customer outcomes, rather than the primary outputs themselves.
Many in the industry refer to this as ‘optimising the customer journey’. After all, if you are not in control of each service component of that journey, how can you measure or improve them?
Our product is sophisticated and different from any other software available.
We’ve built ‘no-code’ webhooks and APIs for integrations. All of our APIs are made public via Postman. Standard integrations to Salesforce, MS Dynamics 365, and HubSpot are available.
Event Hub is currently building solutions for Salesforce.com and MS Dynamics. We already integrate to over six gateways and offer generic ‘No Code’ webhooks and APIs.
Need another solution integrated? As long as that solution is cloud-based and documented, we can do it.
Event Hub has never spent much time or money on sales and marketing – we prefer to let our product speak for itself. We won’t try to lock you into a long-term contract (unless you need one), as we regard such arrangements as unethical.
